Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

This policy explains what personal information iMavericks Digital (“we”, “us”) collects through imavericksdigital.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.

Who we are

iMavericks Digital is a digital design and development studio. For any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at contact@imavericksdigital.com.

[Add your registered business name, mailing address and business phone number here before publishing.]

What we collect

Information you give us

When you complete the consultation form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number, service interest and project description you enter. We collect this so that we can reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence for the same reason.

The form is the only place on this site where we ask for personal information. We do not require an account, and we do not take payments through this website.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server records standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This is used for security, to diagnose faults, and to understand which pages are useful.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies for two purposes: to keep the site working correctly, and to measure how it is used in aggregate. Essential cookies cannot be switched off without breaking the site. Analytics cookies are optional, and you can block or delete all cookies through your browser settings without losing access to any content here.

[If you add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, a chat widget or any other third-party script, list each one here by name and link to its own privacy policy. This section must reflect what is actually installed.]

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and to provide a quote or proposal.
  • To deliver, support and invoice work you have engaged us for.
  • To maintain the security and performance of this website.
  • To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
  • Where you have separately opted in, to send occasional updates about our work. Every such message includes an unsubscribe link that works.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent they need it. This typically includes our website host, our email provider, our analytics provider and our accounting software. Each is bound to protect the information and to use it only on our instructions.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to work we have delivered are retained for as long as required for contractual, tax and accounting purposes, typically seven years. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes.

How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it, protected by individual accounts and strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously and review our practices regularly.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, or to provide a copy of it. You can also object to us using it for marketing at any time. Email contact@imavericksdigital.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

If you are outside the United States

Our servers and service providers are located in the United States, so information you send us will be processed there. Where you are covered by the GDPR or similar law, our legal bases for processing are your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation’s website, that site is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one. We are not responsible for the practices of sites we link to.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page for a reasonable period.

Frequently Asked Questions

Four connected practices: brand and identity, websites and ecommerce, product and application design, and search and digital marketing. Most clients start with one and grow into the others. Because the same team covers all four, nothing is lost in a handover between agencies.

Fixed scope, fixed price. After a discovery conversation we send an itemised scope with a single number and a delivery date, and that is the number you pay. We do not bill hourly, and we do not raise change orders for work that was in the original scope.

It depends on scope, but we commit to a date in writing before you sign, and you can watch progress on a staging link from week one. The two things that most often move a timeline are delays in getting content and feedback, so we agree a review schedule up front.

Yes. We work with clients across the United States and run to US time zones, coast to coast, so there is real overlap with your working day. Questions get answered the same afternoon rather than the next morning.

We do not disappear at go-live. Launch is monitored, analytics are verified as actually recording, and we stay on until the numbers settle and your team is confident running the site. Ongoing support and retainers are available but never required.

You do, outright, on final payment. That includes the source code, the design files, the hosting and the analytics accounts. There is no proprietary page builder you cannot leave, and no licence that expires if you stop working with us.

Let's Talk.

Tell us what you are building. We come back within one business day with a plan, a timeline and a number.
