Yes. React Native runs in production apps at large companies, and for most business apps users cannot tell it from a native app. It lets one team ship to both iOS and Android.

When an app depends heavily on advanced camera features, augmented reality, complex background work or brand-new platform features. Those parts are better written natively, sometimes as native modules inside the app.

Often. Business logic, API code and validation can be shared with a React website, which reduces duplicate work and keeps behaviour consistent.

For JavaScript changes, yes, using over-the-air updates. Changes to native code, permissions or store listing details still go through normal App Store and Google Play review.
